Solar Survey in Hull

Apex Renewable Energy Surveys have completed a solar survey in the Hull area for a customer who is interested in having solar panels and a battery installed at their property.

This property is standard semi detached house but we thought we would share with you what our installed received and how designed the system for this property.

What Was Included in The Solar Survey in Hull

• A full 34 page document of the details of the properties surveys.

• All roof measurements.

• Full survey of the loft including the rafters and joist for weight loading calculation.

• We included 14 drone photos and a video of the property.

• We also included 53 normal photos of the property for the installer.

• We included a full 32 page PDF with the design.

• We also completed the full wind calculations.

• We also provided the full weight load calcs for the properties roof.

• We also included 3D mock-ups of the property with solar installed.

The History of Hull

Hull is actually called Kingston Upon Hull but is often shortened down to just Hull and is based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Hull is well known for its large ports which has been a vital help in helping the UK economy and helping with importing good from Europe.

The Hull university teaching hospital completed an install of 11,000 panels in February 2022 to help power the teaching hospital. This solar field can potentially power 3,250 average UK homes.
